A cross means the vendor's public pages show it does not offer it. A dash means it is not stated there. Prices from each vendor's own page, October 2026; check before you buy.
Open Tracked is the one account that puts the tracking server, first-party analytics, a CRM with offline conversions and an AI assistant together, and the plans stay fair at every size: a free start, a $10 Pro plan, and room to scale up to enterprise volume with a custom plan. Most power-ups that other hosts keep for paid tiers are already on the Free plan.
Ask Ari instead of digging through reports
Ari reads your tracking and ad data and answers in plain words.
All the plans, priced
Open Tracked keeps the entry plans accessible and the ceiling high. Hosting runs from a free plan to 20 million requests a month, analytics from 500 to 7,500 tracked orders, with a custom plan above that, and you can add them together as you grow. Billed yearly, every paid plan is 20% lower.
| What you need | Open Tracked plans | Total a month |
|---|---|---|
| Start with the basics | Free hosting (15,000 requests) plus Starter analytics ($49) | $49 |
| A growing store with ads | Business hosting ($30, 2 million requests) plus Growth analytics ($149, 3,000 tracked orders) | $179 |
| A busy brand | Business+ hosting ($60, 10 million requests) plus Scale analytics ($299, 7,500 tracked orders) | $359 |
| The top of the standard plans | Enterprise hosting ($100, 20 million requests) plus Scale analytics ($299) | $399 |
| Bigger than that | A custom plan built with our team: your volume, your support terms | Quote |
Teams past the top of the standard plans, such as large agencies and enterprise brands, get a custom plan with their own request volume, support and terms. It is the same product at a larger scale, which is why brands keep growing on it instead of moving.
Most comparison pages are written by the product they favour. This one is too, so read it with that in mind, and use the links to check every claim. It sorts the alternatives by the job you need done. Prices and limits were read from each vendor's public pages on October 26, 2026. Plans change and pages sometimes disagree with themselves, so check the linked pages before you buy.
If you want hosting only
| Option | Why choose it | Price anchor |
|---|---|---|
| Stape | Established host with many store and CRM apps and mobile SDKs, plus HIPAA terms and a private cluster on its custom plan | Plans by requests, see its price page |
| TAGGRS | Hosting-focused ladder with a dedicated account manager at Ultimate | Plans by requests, see its price page |
| Addingwell | Largest free tier among hosts | Plans by requests, see its pricing page |
| Open Tracked | The most power-ups on every plan, plus analytics and a CRM in the same account | Plans sized by monthly requests, see the pricing page |
If you only want a server container and you already live in Tag Manager, any of these will do the job. Compare the power-ups on the plan you can afford rather than on the plan you might buy later. See Stape alternatives for the full table.
Connected in minutes
Add your domain, install the pixel, connect your ad platforms and watch the first events land.
If you want connector-based tracking
Tracklution uses connectors for Meta and Google Ads rather than a Tag Manager container, counts events and has a free tier of 5,000 events. If you do not want to learn Tag Manager and your needs are simple, it is worth a look. The trade-off is less flexibility than a container.
If you want a brand dashboard
Triple Whale and Northbeam are dashboards and attribution products for brands. They are priced by revenue or ad spend and usually involve a longer commitment. If your collection is already clean and you want a dashboard with a specific look, they fit. If the numbers you distrust come from collection, a dashboard cannot fix them. See Triple Whale alternatives.
If you want to run it yourself
Google Cloud Run costs around $45 per instance a month, with two or three instances recommended, and gives you full control. It suits teams with a cloud engineer. See how much a server GTM costs.
When Open Tracked is the better fit
You want it all in one account
Hosting, first-party analytics, a CRM pipeline with offline conversions, a tracking score and a setup wizard.
You want the best price for the same power-ups
Cookie Keeper, Data Store, Enricher, File Proxy and Bot Detection are on the Free plan.
You want profit, not only revenue
The POAS Data Feed sends profit to GA4 and Google Ads, and the analytics shows profit by channel.
You want an AI assistant near the tracking
The MCP server and Ari let you ask about containers, domains, power-ups and your numbers.
When another tool is the better fit
- You need HIPAA terms, SSO or a private cluster today: Stape lists these on a custom plan, and Tracklution lists SSO and certifications on Enterprise.
- You want a ready-made app for a specific store platform or CRM that Open Tracked does not offer yet.
- You need phone call attribution: Hyros is built around it.
- You spend heavily on ads and want a managed strategist: Northbeam's higher plans include one.
How to try without risk
Start on the free plan
Add a test subdomain and send test events.
Import your containers
Use the Setup Wizard to download ready container files.
Compare for a week
Look at event counts, match quality and logs next to your current host.
Move the real subdomain
Change one DNS record when you are happy.
Terms you will see
- Managed host
- A company that runs the tagging server and domain for you.
- Connector
- A built-in link to an ad platform that replaces a Tag Manager tag.
- Power-up
- An add-on feature of a tagging host, such as Cookie Keeper or a Data Store.
- Offline conversion
- A sale or lead stage that happens outside the browser, sent to an ad platform afterwards.
- Dashboard
- A page of charts that reads data collected elsewhere.
Checklist: what do you actually need?
Orders from your store, back to the ad that earned them
Your store sends the order once. Open Tracked passes it on to each ad platform, cleaned and deduplicated.
Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to Open Tracked?
It depends on the job. Stape, TAGGRS and Addingwell for hosting only, Tracklution for connectors, Triple Whale or Northbeam for a brand dashboard.
Is it easy to leave Open Tracked?
Yes. Your containers are standard Tag Manager exports and you can point your subdomain elsewhere.
Does Open Tracked lock features behind high plans?
Most power-ups are on every plan. A few, such as POAS, Block Request by IP, Multi-Domains, Request Delay and Dedicated IP, need Pro, Business or Enterprise.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 15,000 requests a month per container.
Do you have a Meta-only gateway?
No. Open Tracked runs a full server container instead.
Do I need spreadsheets to read my results?
No. Once tracking is live, the Open Tracked analytics shows spend, revenue, ROAS and profit, and you can ask Ari, the built-in AI assistant, questions about your own numbers in plain words. Ari's allowance depends on your analytics plan.
Is Open Tracked different from Open Track or Open Space Track?
No. Open Tracked is the official name of our server-side tracking platform, and the website is opentracked.io. Many people search for it as Open Track, OpenTrack or Open Space Track. All of them lead to the same product: server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, first-party analytics and a CRM pipeline.

Fix your tracking at the source
Open Tracked hosts your server-side Tag Manager, keeps first-party cookies alive and shows what each ad is really worth.
