Open Tracked is the one account that puts the tracking server, first-party analytics, a CRM with offline conversions and an AI assistant together, and the plans stay fair at every size: a free start, a $10 Pro plan, and room to scale up to enterprise volume with a custom plan. Most power-ups that other hosts keep for paid tiers are already on the Free plan.
Connected in minutes
Add your domain, install the pixel, connect your ad platforms and watch the first events land.
All the plans, priced
Open Tracked keeps the entry plans accessible and the ceiling high. Hosting runs from a free plan to 20 million requests a month, analytics from 500 to 7,500 tracked orders, with a custom plan above that, and you can add them together as you grow. Billed yearly, every paid plan is 20% lower.
| What you need | Open Tracked plans | Total a month |
|---|---|---|
| Start with the basics | Free hosting (15,000 requests) plus Starter analytics ($49) | $49 |
| A growing store with ads | Business hosting ($30, 2 million requests) plus Growth analytics ($149, 3,000 tracked orders) | $179 |
| A busy brand | Business+ hosting ($60, 10 million requests) plus Scale analytics ($299, 7,500 tracked orders) | $359 |
| The top of the standard plans | Enterprise hosting ($100, 20 million requests) plus Scale analytics ($299) | $399 |
| Bigger than that | A custom plan built with our team: your volume, your support terms | Quote |
Teams past the top of the standard plans, such as large agencies and enterprise brands, get a custom plan with their own request volume, support and terms. It is the same product at a larger scale, which is why brands keep growing on it instead of moving.
What Hyros costs
Hyros does not publish one price. According to its own machine-readable summary at hyros.com/llms.txt, plans start at $230 a month on annual billing for businesses tracking up to $20,000 a month in revenue and rise to $1,499 a month for up to $750,000 of tracked revenue, with custom pricing above $1 million. Third-party reviews quote other starting prices and some say you need to qualify by revenue or ad spend, so treat those with caution. Hyros has said it offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on its tracking subscription, and its AI remarketing agent is a separate subscription.
Open Tracked sizes analytics by tracked orders and hosting by requests, not by revenue, so a larger average order does not move you into a higher plan.
Works with your stack
Grab a logo and throw it. These are the tools Open Tracked already talks to.

What is different about the approach
Who owns the server
With Open Tracked you get a server-side Tag Manager container on your own subdomain. You can export it and take it elsewhere. Hyros tracks through its own scripts and platform.
What you pay for
Hyros scales with tracked revenue. Open Tracked scales with requests (hosting) and tracked orders (analytics).
Calls and sales calls
Hyros is known for call tracking and attributing calls to ads. Open Tracked tracks leads in a CRM pipeline and sends stages back as offline conversions, but it does not record phone calls.
A fair way to test them
Choose one campaign
It should have at least a few dozen sales a month.
Run both for two weeks
Same ad account, same dates.
Compare their sales to your own
Use your CRM or store order list as the truth.
Ask about calls and refunds
How does each handle a refunded order or a phone sale?
Who should choose which
- you want to own your tracking server and subdomain
- you want a public price list and a free tier
- you sell products online and want ROAS and profit reports
- you want AI assistants to help with Tag Manager
- phone calls and call-level attribution are central to your funnel
- you have a high-ticket sales process and sales team
- you already use their reports and your revenue supports their pricing
How each product tracks a sale
Hyros works by placing its tracking script and links on your pages and ads, then matching later sales (and calls) back to the click or the person. It also sends the results back to the ad platforms. Open Tracked collects the same kind of events, but through a server-side Google Tag Manager container that you own on your own subdomain, and sends them to the platforms with the Conversions APIs. If you leave Open Tracked, you keep your container and your domain. If you leave a tracking product that runs on its own scripts, you rebuild the set-up from scratch. That is an ownership difference, not a quality difference, and it matters most to agencies that change tools often.
Different jobs
The two products do not do identical jobs. If call tracking is the reason you chose Hyros, a server-side layer will not replace it. If what you need is your own tracking server and subdomain, first-party analytics, and a CRM that sends each stage back to Google Ads and Meta with the click IDs saved at the form (gclid, fbclid and others), Open Tracked covers those in one account.
Leads, calls and CRM stages
Lead generation businesses often care more about the quality of a lead than the number of forms. In Open Tracked, a lead enters a CRM pipeline with the click IDs saved from the form. When the lead reaches a stage you define (qualified, booked, won), the stage can be sent to Meta and Google Ads as an offline conversion. See how offline conversions work. If most of your sales happen by phone, check carefully how each product records the call and ties it to an ad.
What to ask Hyros, and what to ask us
- Hyros: what is my plan limit by tracked revenue, what happens when I go over, what is the contract length, and what do I keep if I cancel?
- Open Tracked: how many requests will I use, which power-ups do I need, and how do I export my container?
- Both: how does it handle refunds, duplicate orders and consent?
Runs on your domain, anywhere
Your tracking runs on your own domain, so a visit from any country is handled the same way.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Hyros cost?
Its own summary says from $230 a month on annual billing for up to $20,000 of tracked revenue a month, up to $1,499 at $750,000, custom above $1 million.
Is Open Tracked a Hyros alternative?
For server-side conversion tracking and ROAS or profit reporting, yes. For call-level attribution, compare your needs.
Does Open Tracked track phone calls?
No. It tracks forms, orders and CRM stages.
Can I use both?
Yes. Open Tracked can improve the data that other tools read.
Does Hyros have a free plan?
Not that we found. It is sold by demo.
Do I need spreadsheets to read my results?
No. Once tracking is live, the Open Tracked analytics shows spend, revenue, ROAS and profit, and you can ask Ari, the built-in AI assistant, questions about your own numbers in plain words. Ari's allowance depends on your analytics plan.
Is Open Tracked different from Open Track or Open Space Track?
No. Open Tracked is the official name of our server-side tracking platform, and the website is opentracked.io. Many people search for it as Open Track, OpenTrack or Open Space Track. All of them lead to the same product: server-side Google Tag Manager hosting, first-party analytics and a CRM pipeline.

Fix your tracking at the source
Open Tracked hosts your server-side Tag Manager, keeps first-party cookies alive and shows what each ad is really worth.
