Open Tracked is the one account that puts the tracking server, first-party analytics, a CRM with offline conversions and an AI assistant together, and the plans stay fair at every size: a free start, a $10 Pro plan, and room to scale up to enterprise volume with a custom plan. Most power-ups that other hosts keep for paid tiers are already on the Free plan.

All the plans, priced

Open Tracked keeps the entry plans accessible and the ceiling high. Hosting runs from a free plan to 20 million requests a month, analytics from 500 to 7,500 tracked orders, with a custom plan above that, and you can add them together as you grow. Billed yearly, every paid plan is 20% lower.

Bigger than thatA custom plan built with our team: your volume, your support termsQuote

Teams past the top of the standard plans, such as large agencies and enterprise brands, get a custom plan with their own request volume, support and terms. It is the same product at a larger scale, which is why brands keep growing on it instead of moving.

TAGGRS plans in detail

Hosting, infrastructure and data location

TAGGRS says its servers are spread around the world and are not built on Google's cloud, and it states that it is ISO 27001 certified. If your legal team insists on a certificate, that is worth asking both vendors for in writing. Open Tracked runs your container on infrastructure it manages for you, with the option of a dedicated IP on Enterprise and the ability to export logs. For any vendor, ask three questions: where are the servers, who is the legal entity that signs the data processing agreement, and what happens to your logs when you leave.

Neither product removes your own duties. You are still the controller of your visitors' data, so your privacy notice and consent banner must match what you send. Our GDPR guide for server-side tracking lists the points to cover.

Consent decides whether a tag may fire and with which fields. TAGGRS includes a Consent Approval Graph from its Basic plan. Open Tracked works with the consent state your banner provides, passes it into Tag Manager and server tags, and supports Google Consent Mode v2 signals. In both cases the work is the same: connect a consent management platform, map its categories to Tag Manager triggers, then test with the banner on and off. See Google Consent Mode v2 and pushing a consent update event.

Support and onboarding

  • TAGGRS: a documentation hub, live chat and a help desk on every plan, a stated reply within 24 hours, and a dedicated account manager from the Ultimate plan.
  • Open Tracked: email support on Pro, priority support on Business and call support on Enterprise, with a setup wizard that imports a ready web and server container.
  • What to test: open a real question on a trial and measure how long the first useful answer takes.

Sizing by volume

Requests are a rough estimate: visits times events per visit. In practice a visit sends between 8 and 25 requests depending on how many events and destinations you use, so check your own in the logs for a week before you decide, and compare what each plan includes at that size, not only the entry price.

How to switch from TAGGRS to Open Tracked

1

Export the containers

In Tag Manager, export the web container and the server container as JSON files.

2

Create the Open Tracked container

Add your container in Open Tracked and import the server container, or start from the setup wizard.

3

Add a test subdomain

Use something like t2.yourstore.com and add the DNS record Open Tracked gives you.

4

Send traffic to both for a few days

Point the web container's server URL to the new subdomain on a copy of the container and compare event counts.

5

Switch the main domain

Change the DNS record of your tagging subdomain to Open Tracked and update the server container URL in the web container.
